CardCloud is a Canadian software platform built specifically for trading card (TCG) stores. We help local shops run smooth operations, manage inventory and grow their business with tools designed to eliminate mundane work. Our goal is to make running a game store as efficient and fun as possible. We’re a focused team with a close relationship with our partners, and we’re looking to expand.

This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys working across the stack and has a passion for solving real world problems. As well, we want people who have a passion for the hobby and trading card game space. A stand out candidate will be able to show that passion in their application.

We’re looking for a Full‑Stack Developer who’s comfortable working on both frontend and backend systems. You’ll work closely with our founders and be expected to contribute to architectural decisions as well as feature work. Intermediates and seniors are preferred, but we can make room for an experienced junior if they have the right attitude and experience.

• Build and maintain features across the full stack
• Work with our team to design and implement product improvements
• Write clean code
• Improve performance and experience of the platform
• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements and frontend polish
• Integrate with third‑party APIs and services
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical standards
• Help troubleshoot production issues when needed

• Solid experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL
• Understanding of relational databases and writing efficient queries
• Ability to take a feature from idea to deployment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to explore
• A passion for hobby and trading cards

• Experience with secure payment flows and PCI compliance standards
• Background in e‑commerce, POS systems, or inventory management
