Summary
Use CardCloud legally and as intended. Don't misuse the platform or violate others' rights.
Keep your information accurate and your password secure. We may suspend accounts that break the rules.
All CardCloud software, content, and branding belong to us. You can use the platform for your business, but you can't copy or distribute our materials.
If you upload content or send feedback, you give us permission to use it within the service. You're responsible for ensuring it's lawful and accurate.
We collect sales and inventory data to support pricing tools. We don't sell or trade any personal data (you, your team, or your customers).
Subscriptions renew monthly and are non-refundable. Late payments incur a $50 fee every 30 days. Prices may change with notice.
Listings must include at least one good photo, accurate details, and correct categories. Items must be shipped or ready for pickup within 3 business days.
Payment processing is handled by our partner; you'll need an account with them.
We're not liable for chargebacks or for decisions made using market data. Service interruptions may occur.
Screenshots, recordings, login credentials, and source code may not be shared.
You can cancel with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Disputes begin with 30 days of informal negotiation, then may go to arbitration in Calgary. Canadian law applies.
